Audit Senior or Manager | Public Accounting | Remote Canadian Public Accounting experience is essential. You must also be living in Ontario or willing to move here from another area in Canada. This Audit team in Windsor (who offer remote working) is part of a firm that has doubled in size since 2020. Not through flashy marketing or big firm politics. Through something far simpler. Good people who deliver good work for clients who genuinely value them. You will work with private companies across manufacturing, agriculture, retail, and owner‑managed groups. Real relationships. Real variety. Real impact. No public companies. No layers of sign off. No fighting for visibility. Whether you are an Audit Senior wanting to finally step into more responsibility, or an Audit Manager looking for a place where Partnership is a real path rather than a distant hope, you will have the space to grow here. Most of the work is ASPE. If you are coming from a bigger firm they will support your transition. What they care about most is someone who takes ownership, communicates well, and brings clients the clarity they rely on. There is balance too. Busy season is busy. It always will be. But outside of that you get proper breathing room, a supportive culture, and Fridays off in July and August. Hybrid is possible for the right people.
