Terminal Manager

Description The Terminal Manager is responsible for leading and overseeing all terminal operations, including Shipping, Yard, Transload, Rail, and Depot (container storage) activities. This role manages a diverse workforce of light industrial/equipment operators and administrative/office staff and ensures safe, efficient, and well‑coordinated operations across multiple functional areas. Coordination, planning, and scheduling are the foundation of this position. The successful candidate will be a hands‑on leader who can balance people leadership, operational oversight, and real‑time problem‑solving in a fast‑paced terminal environment.
