As a key leader within a division of Canada Cartage, the Terminal Manager holds full accountability for the terminal’s P&L performance and operational excellence. This role is central to driving service delivery and operational efficiency within our dedicated business model, while also supporting additional dedicated accounts across the region. The Terminal Manager plays a pivotal, customer-facing role—responsible for cultivating strong client relationships, leading rate negotiations, managing contract renewals, and collaborating with the sales team throughout the sales cycle. With a relentless focus on delivering world‑class service, the Terminal Manager continuously seeks opportunities to enhance customer satisfaction, operational performance, and overall business growth. Schedule Monday to Friday - on-site, and on-call, as needed. What You Will Do Implements operational policies, objectives, and initiatives. Executes operating plans and tactics to attain short- and long-term financial and mission-critical operational goals. Evaluates and optimizes current and proposed operational systems and procedures to gain efficiencies and to minimize risk. Ensures compliance with standards and regulations. Monitors financial and operational metrics to measure achievement of organizational objectives.
