This is a full-time, on-site opportunity, Monday-Friday 8:30am- 5pm for a Logistics professional with direct Leadership experience in Logistics/Warehousing within the CPG/Food/Beverage industry.


Creating a Culture of Excellence, leading with a strong sense of values and a safety-first mindset are key in this role as are strong organizational skills and focus on quality and productivity to meet deadlines.


The Logistics Supervisor will oversee all factory logistics operations, including outbound shipment schedule adherence, inbound off-loading, put away, as well as replenishment and will be accountable for delivering daily schedule adherence, logistics cost savings, customer service, and inventory accuracy as well as implementing process improvement. Creating and maintaining procedural SOPs and working with internal departments to ensure the efficient and accurate execution of product shipment will fall under the Supervisor's responsibilities.


Requirements:

• 3+ years of logistics leadership experience in CPG/food/beverage

• Thorough knowledge of logistic processes; planning; organizing, high degree of accuracy

• Union experience is a strong asset
