Voici Une Journée Type Gérer et prioriser les demandes des clients provenant de diverses sources (courriel, téléphone et ventes Web). Répondre aux besoins des clients et trouver des solutions adéquates, selon le cas. Effectuer les suivis nécessaires et informer rapidement les personnes clés des commentaires des clients (prix, produits, service, etc.). Maximiser les ventes auprès des clients; proposer des produits alternatifs et complémentaires. Travailler en étroite collaboration avec le personnel des ventes externes. Maintenir ses connaissances et ses compétences à jour sur les produits offerts et les systèmes utilisés.
