Exciting opportunities for Litigation Associates at a leading law firm and at reputable full service law firms who are seeking to add a commercial litigation lawyer to their existing teams with a minimum of three years of strong experience in sophisticated litigation matters. These lawyers will be exposed to a variety of stimulating commercial and civil litigation files and they will work collaboratively amongst seasoned practitioners at the firm. These are excellent opportunities for experienced litigators to play an integral role within the litigation department of a top tier law firm and within well established regional law firms and work on a variety of complex litigation matters in fast paced, dynamic and collegial work environments that offer autonomy on files, mentorship, as well as the support of strong and talented teams. Hybrid. Requirements Be a member of the Quebec Bar with a minimum of 3 years of strong commercial/civil litigation experience (positions at the 3‑5 year level and at the 5‑9 year level). Be able to work autonomously and collaborate with others when needed. Have strong interpersonal skills and be able to handle competing priorities. Have excellent client communication abilities, writing skills and attention to detail. Be perseverant and strive for excellence.
