Head of Product Design

About The Job Hybrid: 3 days a week in our Laval, QC office. We are looking for a Head of Product Design to own the full design experience of our SaaS platform. This person will define our UI/UX strategy, lead the design vision, and create the systems that shape every interaction in the product. You will work closely with Product and Engineering to transform complex workflows into clean, intuitive, and scalable interfaces. This is a hands‑on leadership role for someone who can set the direction and design at a high level of craft. What You’ll Do Own the full product design lifecycle: user flows, wireframes, prototypes, high-fidelity UI Define and maintain the design system and product-wide UI layout standards Lead and mentor designers across product surfaces Collaborate closely with Product and Engineering to build and ship polished features Drive a user‑centered approach through testing, feedback loops, and data‑driven decisions Ensure consistency, clarity, and quality across all UI and interactions Turn ambiguous requirements into structured, elegant design solutions What We’re Looking For Strong experience designing SaaS products (required) Expertise in UI/UX, design thinking, and visual design Proven ability to lead design efforts or manage designers Deep understanding of SaaS usability, dashboards, and component systems Excellent communication and problem‑solving skills Experience working in fast-moving product teams Degree in Design, HCI, or related field is a plus (optional) Portfolio Required We prioritize real work over buzzwords. Applications without a portfolio or work samples will not be considered.
