**Job Title: Carpenter****Job Description**We are seeking two skilled Formwork Carpenters to join our team for a commercial project. Your primary duties will include formwork carpentry tasks such as working on footings, foundation walls, 12 feet columns, concrete cores, and CLT wood frames. You will be using basic hand and power tools, reading blueprints, moving materials, and assisting with site cleanup. This role requires initiative and independent thinking.**Responsibilities**Perform formwork carpentry tasks including footings, foundation walls, columns, and concrete cores.Build and install CLT wood frames.Use basic hand and power tools proficiently.Read and interpret blueprints accurately.Move materials and assist with site cleanup.Demonstrate initiative and the ability to work independently.**Essential Skills**3+ years of carpentry experience on commercial or residential construction sites.2+ years of formwork carpentry experience.Ability to read blueprints.Possess a good attitude and strong communication skills.Possession of a car to reach the site in Langford.**Additional Skills & Qualifications**Experience building stairs.Experience with hand and power tools.Fall Protection certification.**Why Work Here?**This is a term position with the potential for a direct hire, offering steady work on a large project.
