Responsibilities Design and/or modify reusable components for digital platforms. Design and/or modify presentation APIs, in collaboration with back-end specialists. Ensure compliance with standards and maintain product quality throughout project execution. Stay informed of new trends in various areas of digital development. Proactively propose solutions to challenges encountered. Participate in Agile Scrum activities to review ongoing production projects and measure results. Qualifications College or university degree, or equivalent experience. At least 3 years of software development experience. Experience in developing complex and high-performance web applications. Proficiency in TypeScript. Proficiency with React. Proficiency in server-side scripting (API/GraphQL - client/server). Experience with NodeJS. Knowledge of Firebase and Firebase Functions. Experience in a code review context. Experience with accessibility standards. Experience with Agile methodology. Ability to read, produce, and adhere to software architecture diagrams (UML, sequence diagrams, etc.). Strong curiosity and willingness to acquire new knowledge and skills. Critical thinking and ability to propose new ideas. Interest in major industry trends and issues. Rigor, autonomy, resourcefulness, and strong stress/priority management. Analytical and conceptual thinking, with flexibility and initiative. Ability to work in a team and communicate effectively in French; English is an asset.
