About you They are seeking a skilled individual with a computer science background and a minimum of five years of experience in leading the development of technical SaaS platforms. You have a passion for both the technical and interpersonal aspects of software development. Your energy, professionalism, pragmatism, and product-oriented mindset make you an ideal fit for our team. About the role As the Senior Full stack developer, you will be responsible for driving the technical direction of the project and overcoming any programming obstacles that may arise. Your expertise will help bridge knowledge gaps, provide insights into product questions, and optimize existing operations. In collaboration with the software development team, you will engineer, guide, and implement technical solutions and improvements. Additionally, you will actively participate in coding, code reviews, and testing. Responsibilities Defining project specifications and technical roadmap Establishing a framework of technical standards and procedures Supervising software quality and system enhancements Assisting team members in troubleshooting technical issues Analyzing current operations to identify risks and redundancies Conducting thorough assessments to develop innovative solutions Participating in coding and testing activities Required skills Excellent communication and leadership abilities Proficiency in project and crisis management Strong knowledge of software architecture and systems testing Skilled in providing technical guidance and making informed decisions Expertise in quality assurance practices Proven problem-solving skills and a penchant for innovation Ownership mindset and visionary thinking Passion for cars is a plus Our tech stack Web: MEAN (MongoDB, Express.js, Angular, Node.js) Work arrangement This role offers a hybrid work arrangement, with three days per week at our office in Montreal.
