As a Technical Account Manager, your responsibilities will be at the heart of our development strategy: Drafting Service Proposals: Write quality service proposals adapted to clients’ specific needs and ensure they are submitted within prescribed deadlines. Method Optimization: Perfect estimation and calculation techniques to increase their accuracy, while proposing and implementing continuous improvements. Participation in Production and Sales Meetings: Participate in weekly production meetings with team leaders and directors. Client Meetings and Planning: Actively contribute to client meetings and take the initiative to organize them to strengthen relationships and identify new development opportunities.
Prospecting: Regularly conduct commercial prospecting activities to ensure a constant flow of new prospects and support the growth of the business unit.
Requirements
In this role, you will have the opportunity to showcase your assets You have solid experience in the field of engineering consulting and geotechnics. You are familiar with the real estate, construction, institutional, or engineering sectors. You have accumulated at least 5 years of experience in client relations and project management in geotechnical engineering. You are an excellent communicator and know how to simplify complex concepts to build trust with your collaborators.
You show great enthusiasm for teamwork, and you stand out as an engaged, transparent, and honest team player. You are comfortable learning and using computer tools such as Zoho, M365 suite, etc. You are an exceptional communicator, both in French and English. You demonstrate rigor, structure, and autonomy.
