Workday Absence and Time Tracking Lead

Role Summary We are seeking a certificated Workday Absence and Time Tracking Lead (Lead II – Enterprise Solutions) to support and lead Workday deployments and optimization projects. The role will also serve as the practice lead for these functions, building team capabilities. Responsibilities Listen to client requests, assess actual client need, provide subject‑matter expertise, propose alternatives, and recommend solutions proactively. Frequently discuss and articulate lessons learned from previous client experiences. Significantly contribute to the development of internal resources via mentoring, coaching, and directing work. Participate in building the UST Brand by engaging in Workday ecosystem product groups, chats, and sharing advanced thinking. Qualifications Experience in all stages of the Workday project lifecycle, from planning and design through testing and global deployment for Absence and/or Time Tracking modules. Experience supporting AMS/post‑production engagements for optimizing Absence and Time Tracking set‑up, including enhancements and defect management. Experience leading and working with offshore teams in a lead role, with offshore teams handling configuration and support work. Compensation & Location Remote. Compensation range: $104,000 – $130,000. Benefits Full‑time employees accrue a minimum of 10 days of paid vacation per year, 6 days of paid sick leave, paid holidays, and are eligible for bereavement leave and jury duty. Eligible for supplemental healthcare coverage and company‑paid basic life insurance and accidental death and dismemberment coverage. Temporary and part‑time employees receive 6 days of paid sick leave; Canadian employees are covered according to local laws. Seniority Level Mid‑Senior level (Lead II – Enterprise Solutions).
