YOU'LL HAVE THE OPPORTUNITY TO: Collaborate with stakeholders to identify opportunities for optimization and design analytical solutions that enhance efficiency and decision-making.

Reduce the manual workload and enhance the reliability of decisions through the use of automated tools and interactive dashboards.

Create and optimize advanced data models using SQL, DAX, and the M language, while taking advantage of platforms like Power BI and Snowflake.

Develop and maintain high-performance dashboards to ensure precise tracking of key shared service centre indicators.

Provide proactive support to users by helping them fully utilize the developed tools.

Use agile methods to effectively prioritize projects and maximize the impact of implemented solutions.

Explore trends and new technologies in analytics, and suggest continuous improvements to financial processes.

YOU'LL THRIVE IN THIS ROLE IF YOU HAVE THE FOLLOWING SKILLS AND QUALITIES:

A bachelor's or master's degree in data science, computer science, finance, accounting, statistics, mathematics, or a related field.

3 to 5 years of experience in data analysis, business intelligence (BI), or process optimization.

Advanced proficiency in SQL, with a strong understanding of data models.

Experience in developing analytical solutions with Power BI, including DAX and the M language.

Advanced Excel proficiency, with the ability to automate and optimize complex analyses.

Experience with SAP ECC / S4 and comprehension of ERP data structures.

Familiarity with Snowflake or other data warehouses (an asset).

Experience in developing and automating tools to enhance operational efficiency.

Independence, the ability to manage several projects simultaneously, and the capacity to meet tight deadlines.

An analytical mind and business sense: you understand how to connect the dots and transform data into strategic recommendations.

Proactivity and leadership: you don't wait for answers; you seek them out.

Bilingualism required (French and English).
