As an H&S System Specialist, Compliance and Continuous Improvement within the Health & Safety team, you will be involved in the development and improvement of the company's health and safety management system. You will have the opportunity to work in support of our operational teams according to the specific needs of worksites or certain customers. You'll also be involved in analyzing the root causes of the company's high-potential accidents, and in identifying and implementing corrective measures.

What You Will Do

- Develop and maintain, in collaboration with the various regional H&S and operations teams, corporate programs and policies in line with business needs, regulatory requirements and OHS best practices in our industry;
- Monitor H&S regulations and best practices to support the development and updating of corporate programs and policies;
- Actively participate in the implementation of new H&S initiatives;
- Assess the organization's needs in terms of H&S systems and databases, make recommendations and keep abreast of the best existing systems;
- Audit work sites according to an established schedule and make recommendations to ensure continuous improvement of our management processes;
- Develop specific documents (PMU, procedures, forms) to support the H&S team;
- Support field teams in investigating the root causes of high-potential accidents and propose/implement corrective measures;
- Participate in ISO 45 001 implementation;

This role could be for you if you have

- A bachelor's degree in health and safety or an equivalent combination of training and experience;
- 7 years' experience in a prevention role in the construction or industrial sector;
- Functional bilingualism (optional);
- Valid driver's license;
- ASP Construction card;
- Construction site agent card (asset);
