About the Role Join our dynamic Industrial Brokerage team as a Sales Support Coordinator This role is ideal for a high-energy, self-motivated individual eager to learn and grow. You will provide advanced administrative, operational, research, and executive support, ensuring the team’s efficiency and success in a fast-paced, high-performance environment. The Sales Support Coordinator should regularly exercise confidentiality, discretion and independent judgement. Key Responsibilities Sales & Brokerage Support Functions: Assist in the development and management of listing documentation, offers, RFIs, RFPs, BOVs, and deal records Prepare and process documents for electronic signature (Docusign) Track deal flow, critical dates, and maintain CRM databases Coordinate with research teams for market surveys and leverage internal tools for sourcing opportunities Support client reporting and ensure compliance with FINTRAC and other regulatory requirements Interface with sales professionals, researchers and clients regarding administrative and marketing requirements and to gather necessary data. Ensure the accurate and timely dissemination of marketing materials Responsible for all administrative and marketing tasks involving the professional Assist with marketing campaigns, prepare property brochures, and distribute materials Maintain a positive, proactive presence as the first point of contact for internal and external stakeholders Executive Assistant Functions: Manage complex calendars, schedule meetings, tours, and coordinate travel arrangements for team leaders Prepare agendas, record meeting minutes, and follow up on action items Handle confidential communications, screen calls, and route correspondence Organize and maintain digital and physical filing systems Support expense tracking and invoice processing Keep the sales professional and team organized, and arrange meetings, presentations and functions, as required Suggest process improvements and contribute to team efficiency Adapt to changing priorities and multi-task in a fast-paced environment What we're looking for in a Sales Support Coordinator Ability to work independently with little supervision Excellent written and verbal communication skills with attention to detail Individual should be organized, highly motivated, and have the ability to take initiative Ability to work well under pressure while maintaining a friendly and positive attitude Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines Attention to detail, adaptability, and ability to multi-task Technical proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, CRM systems, and document management tools University or College education preferred Applicants must be currently authorized to work in Canada without the need for visa sponsorship now or in the future. #J-18808-Ljbffr
