Job Title: Maintenance Mechanic Join our team as a Maintenance Mechanic, where you will play a crucial role in maintaining and repairing machinery used in the manufacturing of plastic bags. You will work on a variety of tasks, including troubleshooting and preventative maintenance, while ensuring compliance with all plant, quality, safety, and security policies. Responsibilities Perform repairs and troubleshooting on extrusion and conversion machines. Conduct preventative maintenance programs and maintain detailed maintenance records. Read and interpret both European and North American style blueprints, with European being more complex. Troubleshoot and resolve issues involving motors, pumps, gearboxes, etc. Integrate all plant, quality, safety, and security policies into daily activities. Essential Skills 3 years of experience in maintenance. Experience working on large equipment. Proficiency in reading both European and North American blueprints. Must possess own tools and toolbox. Journeyman license. Additional Skills & Qualifications Plastic manufacturing experience is a plus. Experience working on extrusion machines is advantageous. Strong mechanical aptitude and familiarity with industrial and mechanical settings. Why Work Here? We offer a yearly tool allowance of $150 and host annual company events.
