Job duties:

The Chief Executive Officer will be responsible for the overall leadership, strategic direction, and growth of the firm. The role involves overseeing all aspects of the business, driving new projects, building client relationships, and ensuring the delivery of high-quality IT solutions. The CEO will act as the primary spokesperson and leader of the firm, shaping its culture and vision.

1. Strategic Leadership
Define the firms vision, mission, and strategic direction, ensuring alignment with industry trends.
Develop and implement a business strategy focused on sustainable growth and profitability.
Set company goals and KPIs, tracking performance to ensure alignment with strategic objectives.
2. Business Development
Lead client acquisition efforts and build strong relationships with decision-makers.
Identify and pursue consultancy opportunities in IT, AI, and digital transformation.
Establish strategic partnerships with vendors and industry associations to enhance service offerings.
3. Financial Oversight
Oversee budgeting and financial management, ensuring profitability and responsible spending.
Monitor revenue streams and identify growth opportunities while managing costs.
Direct investments in technology, infrastructure, and human capital to support business expansion.
4. Operational Management
Ensure timely and successful delivery of all projects, managing teams effectively.
Maintain high standards of service delivery, meeting or exceeding client expectations.
Optimize operational processes to improve efficiency and client satisfaction.
5. Team Leadership and Culture
Recruit, mentor, and lead senior management, ensuring the right talent is in place.
Foster a collaborative and performance-driven work environment.
6. Risk Management and Compliance
Identify and mitigate business risks, including market, operational, and legal challenges.
Ensure compliance with legal, regulatory, and ethical standards in all company operations.
7. Brand Building and Public Relations
Develop the firms brand, positioning it as a leader within the sector.
Act as the public face of the company, engaging with media, industry events, and stakeholders.
Oversee marketing efforts, including digital presence and client outreach strategies.
8. Innovation and Technology Leadership
Stay updated on industry trends, particularly in AI and the cloud.
Foster a culture of innovation, driving continuous improvement and the adoption of new technologies.

Terms of employment: Permanent and full-time.

The language of work: English.

Wage: $60.00 per hour with possible bonuses based on performance.

Required education:

o Bachelors degree in computer science or engineering is required.
o Graduate education in business or computer science is preferred.

Required work experience and skills:

o Proven Leadership in Startups
Experience leading or founding a startup or scaling-up a small-to-medium-sized IT consultancy firm.
Success in leading teams through completion of profitable projects.
Business development, financial acumen, strategic thinking, and knowledge of emerging technological trends.

Strong understanding of IT services, including business intelligence and data analysis.
Knowledge of the state-of-the art in artificial intelligence, cloud computing, and software development methodologies.
