**Summary**

As a **Marketing Operations Campaign Manager**you’ll lead the execution and optimization of integrated marketing campaigns across channels. This critical role will serve as the connective tissue between strategy and execution—turning campaign ideas into scalable, high-impact marketing programs that drive pipeline, revenue, and operational efficiency.

You’ll collaborate closely with Product Marketing, Demand Generation, Sales, RevOps, and Creative teams to implement workflows, enforce governance, and ensure campaigns run smoothly across our marketing systems. **Responsibilities**
- Lead end-to-end technical execution of marketing campaigns by managing the technical setup and implementation within marketing automation and CRM platforms (e.g., Hubspot, Salesforce).
- Standardize campaign execution processes, documentation, and best practices to ensure scalability.
- Partner with the Lifecycle team in implementing complex automated nurture flows by translating strategic requirements into technical builds.
- ** Ensure Campaign Governance & Tracking**: Maintain consistent UTM standards and enforce Salesforce campaign governance to enable accurate reporting, attribution, and funnel visibility.
- ** Lead Event Technology Execution**: Manage the end-to-end technical setup for virtual and in-person events, ensuring seamless integration across platforms and a smooth attendee experience.
- ** Oversee Audience & List Management**: Develop and maintain compliant, efficient processes for list imports, segmentation, and audience targeting to support precision campaign execution.
- ** Streamline Marketing Request Workflows**: Own and optimize the Marketing Operations ticketing system, improving turnaround times and campaign scalability.
- ** Measure & Optimize Campaign Performance**: Track, analyze, and report on campaign KPIs; identify insights and recommendations to enhance marketing effectiveness and ROI.

**Qualifications**
- 3-5+ years of experience in **marketing operations or campaign management**, preferably in a high-growth B2B or SaaS environment.
- Proficiency in **Salesforce**and **marketing automation** tools (Hubspot, Marketo, Pardot, Eloqua); familiarity with tools like **Demandbase** a plus.
- Hands-on experience with campaign QA, testing, and performance optimization.
- Proven ability to manage **cross-functional marketing projects** from strategy to execution.
- Strong analytical and technical skills with experience in **performance reporting, lead management, and attribution modeling**.
- Exceptional attention to detail, documentation, and process improvement.
