Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Exceptional organizational and time‑management skills. Solid knowledge of commercial construction trades and specifications. Valid G Class License and access to a personal vehicle. Well‑versed with the Ontario Building Code (OBC) and the Occupational Health & Safety Act.
