Position Details: Type: Permanent, Full-Time Hours: 40 hours per week Compensation: $115,000 CAD annually (approx. $55.29 CAD per hour) Main duties and responsibilities: Oversee and manage all company operations, establishing and implementing growth strategies and business development plans. Develop, enforce and refine company objectives and policies. Allocate resources efficiently, including material, human, and financial, to implement company policies/programs. Monitor and ensure financial performance and contract compliance across projects. Establish financial and administrative controls, manage the company budget, and optimize expenses.
