Employer Industry: Technology Services Why consider this job opportunity: Opportunity to work remotely from anywhere in Canada Competitive salary and benefits package Access to professional development and training opportunities Work with a global leader in business and technology services Be part of an inclusive and innovative work environment Chance to contribute to impactful projects that enhance business processes What to Expect (Job Responsibilities): Collaborate with business stakeholders to document and analyze functional requirements Translate business needs into effective Microsoft D365 F&O solutions Facilitate the implementation and support of Microsoft D365 F&O, resolving complex situations Conduct required testing and support user training and documentation Provide end-user support and troubleshooting for the Microsoft D365 F&O ERP system What is Required (Qualifications): Bachelor’s degree in computer science or equivalent work experience Minimum 3 years of experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations implementations Knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations – Customer Service and Warehousing modules Proven ability to formalize business needs into use cases and test cases Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office Suite How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications): Microsoft Dynamics 365 certifications are an asset Experience in configuring warehouse setups and logistics processes We prioritize candidate privacy and champion equal-opportunity employment.
