We are looking for a Client Service Representative to join our team at our Montreal office. As a Client Service Representative, you will be responsible for maintaining and managing a profitable business portfolio in line with company objectives and individual business plans. Our Day as a Client Service Representative Gather and review underwriting information provided by clients. Issue and format insurance proposals and client presentations. Translate and proofread documentation. Prepare billing instructions. Respond to client inquiries regarding insurance certificates. Follow up and analyze policies, endorsements, and invoices. Organize and track deliverables and deadlines for the team’s EPIC filing system. Our Ideal Candidate 2 years of experience in insurance brokerage. University degree (preferably in business or finance). Insurance broker license issued by the AMF. Bilingual with strong verbal and written communication skills in both French and English. Good knowledge of MS Office Suite (Excel, Outlook, and Word). Customer service-oriented. Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills. Effective time management and organizational skills.
