Position: Senior Mainframe Application Developer

As a Senior Mainframe Application Developer (8+ years) you will play a crucial role in the development and maintenance of our mainframe applications. You will leverage your expertise in mainframe technologies and application knowledge to lead critical processes and contribute to the overall success of our projects.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Application Expertise : Utilize your in-depth knowledge of CSM, CSM Orders, CSM Billing, MARTENS, SAS, ODM2, and other activation flow applications to enhance and maintain our systems.
  • Architectural Input : Provide valuable input into the Project Solution Architecture, ensuring robust and scalable solutions at various levels.
  • Process Leadership : Lead the Bill Run process within CSM Billing, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
  • Development : Drive the development of new functionalities and the enhancement of existing ones, aligning with business needs and technological advancements.
  • Change Management : Create and review Change Requests, assess impacts, and ensure project documentation is up-to-date and accurate.
  • Testing and Deployment Support : Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support testing, deployment, and post-implementation phases.
  • Flexible Availability : Be available for evening and/or early morning deployments to ensure seamless transitions and minimal disruptions.


Qualifications:

  • Senior Mainframe Application Developer (8+ years), with a focus on senior-level responsibilities.
  • Application experience with CSM, CSM Orders, CSM Billing, MARTENS, SAS, ODM2, and other activation flow.
  • Experience with Bill Run process within CSM Billing, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
  • Strong expertise in mainframe technologies and applications, particularly in CSM and related systems.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to provide innovative solutions.
  • Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
  • Detail-oriented with a commitment to delivering high-quality work.
