Responsibilities Manage multi-discipline transportation projects, including roadway renewals, active transportation initiatives, transit improvements, and streetscape enhancements. Oversee the preparation of functional, preliminary, and detailed engineering design drawings, contract documents, and engineering specifications for municipal and transportation projects. Track project schedules and budgets, manage monthly invoicing, and ensure project milestones are met efficiently. Lead and mentor assigned project staff by scheduling tasks, prioritizing workloads, and supporting professional growth through coaching and development. Serve as the main point of contact for clients, maintaining clear and consistent communication to ensure exceptional service delivery. Qualifications & Experience Bachelor\u2019s degree in Civil or Transportation Engineering from an accredited university or college. Registration or eligibility for registration with the Association of Professional Engineers and Geoscientists of Alberta (APEGA) or Engineers and Geoscientists British Columbia (EGBC). 7–9+ years of project management, transportation engineering, and design experience. Experience in the consulting services industry including management and business development responsibilities is an asset. Proven project management record in multi-disciplinary environments. Experience in Edmonton, Calgary, or Vancouver is an asset. Strong interpersonal skills with a genuine commitment to understanding and meeting municipal client needs. Excellent technical verbal and written communication skills. Excellent analytical and decision-making skills with a commitment to excellence and high-quality work. Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office and Google Workspace. Ability to work with a multi-disciplined team, both as a team member and as a leader. Compensation and benefits Salary range: $89,000 - $134,000. The base salary represents Arcadis\' hiring range for this position.
