Reporting to the Supervisor, Business/Technical Analyst, this role analyzes business requirements, configures the D365 F&O platform, manages Microsoft upgrades and code modifications, provides technical and functional expertise to support and enhance D365 operation, and collaborates with cross‑functional teams to deliver solutions. Qualifications Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Computer Science or related discipline. Project Management Certification (PMP), MBA, Lean Six Sigma Black Belt considered assets. Minimum five (5) years of experience in system and application configuration, specifically with Microsoft and D365 platforms, with proven understanding of process & financial systems. Ability to identify business needs, deliver value and provide training to enhance end user experience. Strong technical, communication, and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with cross‑functional teams. Demonstrated ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and meet deadlines. Valid class 5 driver’s license and satisfactory driver’s abstract. Total Rewards Package Starting annual salary $90,500 to $101,800 based on a 35‑hour work week and option to join Earned Day Off Program.
