What You’ll Do: Design, implement and execute company‑wide processes and standards that ensure consistency, boost efficiency, and maximise cost‑efficiency without compromising service quality. Collect, interpret and leverage advanced analytics (using ERP, Excel, Power BI/Tableau) on supply chain performance to forecast risks, identify high‑impact cost reduction opportunities and guarantee supply. Cultivate a premium vendor network by conducting rigorous evaluation and auditing of new and existing vendors, utilising your negotiation expertise to secure favourable contract pricing and terms that mitigate risk and ensure legal, safety and ethical compliance. Collaborate across multiple internal departments and locations, acting as the trusted subject‑matter expert who aligns procurement strategy with operational needs to secure competitive goods and services. What You’ll Bring: Proven analytical expertise with 2‑5 years of hands‑on experience in supply chain analysis, procurement or related fields, with a Diploma or Certificate in Supply Chain Management or Procurement. Demonstrated, proven experience utilising ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, NetSuite) and advanced proficiency in Excel, Power BI or Tableau for data analysis and dashboard creation. A history of successful negotiation of cost‑effective vendor agreements and the strong ability to build and maintain positive long‑term relationships with both internal stakeholders and national vendors. Strategic business acumen with the capability to think strategically, problem‑solve through root cause analysis, and ensure every procurement decision is effective, efficient, and substantiated with clear due process and financial controls.
