This role requires strong communication skills, a problem-solving mindset, and a commitment to supporting coding standards, best practices, and security guidelines. Responsibilities Design, develop, and implement customizations, extensions, and configurations in Dynamics 365 and Power Platform (PowerApps, Power Automate, Power BI). Develop and maintain custom plugins, workflows, and integrations to enhance business processes. Integrate Dynamics 365 with other enterprise applications and external systems using APIs, Azure services, and third-party connectors. Develop and maintain custom applications and automation solutions using Power Platform tools. Ensure adherence to coding standards, best practices, and security guidelines in all development activities. Conduct code reviews, perform testing, and troubleshooting production issues to maintain system reliability. Create and maintain technical documentation, including solution designs, configurations, and user guides. Support end-users and resolve system issues by providing troubleshooting and technical guidance. Qualifications, Skills And Experience University Degree or International Equivalent in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Technology, Management Information Systems, or related field. Microsoft Dynamics Fundamentals (CRM) Certification Microsoft Power Platform Fundamentals Certification At least 5 years of experience in Dynamics 365 and Power Platform development. Expertise in Dynamics 365 CE (Customer Engagement) customization, configuration, and development. Proficiency in Power Platform tools (PowerApps, Power Automate, Power BI, Dataverse). Experience in developing custom plugins, workflows, and integrations for Dynamics 365. Hands-on experience with C#, JavaScript and web development frameworks. Knowledge of Azure services (Azure Functions, Logic Apps, API Management) for integrations. Familiarity with REST APIs, OData, and Web Services for system integration. Understanding of Microsoft Dataverse (Common Data Service - CDS) to build, integrate, and automate business applications across the Microsoft ecosystem. Experience working with SQL Server, Fetch XML, and querying data within Dynamics 365. Ability to analyze business requirements and translate them into technical solutions. Troubleshooting and debugging skills for resolving application issues. Innovative thinking to identify automation and optimization opportunities. Verbal and written communication skills for documenting solutions, providing technical support, and regular virtual and in-person meetings. Strong interpersonal skills to work effectively within a cross-functional team.
