The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience building solutions using Microsoft Power Platform tools, including Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, and Dataverse, as well as products in the D365 CRM suite, including D365 Sales and D365 Customer Insights.  This role involves designing, developing, and deploying business applications that streamline processes and enhance productivity.    Key Responsibilities  Design and develop custom business applications using Power Apps (Canvas and Model-Driven).  Automate workflows and integrate systems using Power Automate.  Implement and manage Dataverse for data storage and modeling.  Create dashboards and reports using Power BI for actionable insights.  Ability to translate customer requirements into technical solutions.  Ensure solutions adhere to best practices for security, performance, and scalability.  Integrate Power Platform solutions with Microsoft 365, Azure services, and third-party systems.  Qualifications  Microsoft Power Platform Developer Associate certification (PL-400) or equivalent experience.  Strong proficiency in Power Apps, Power Automate, and Dataverse.  Experience with JavaScript, TypeScript, C#, and Power Fx for custom development.  Familiarity with REST APIs, JSON, and Azure Logic Apps.  Understanding of ALM (Application Lifecycle Management) and solution deployment.   Using Power Platform and Azure DevOps ALM methods and practices.   Familiarity with Power Automate Document Automation.  Experience with Power BI for data visualization.  Knowledge of Azure Functions, Azure API Management, and Azure DevOps.  Extensive experience with D365 Customer Insights, D365 Sales, D365 Customer Service and D365 Contact Center  Familiarity integrating AI and Microsoft Co-Pilot into end user and customer applications.    Strong problem-solving and communication skills.  Benefits, and Perks Remote work model Vacation and wellness days Extended health and dental coverage, plus virtual doctor services Employee Assistance Program and mental health resources Company-matching retirement savings plan Financial support for professional development Annual company events Exclusive access to perks and discounts Our Culture at Farber  At Farber, we’re in the business of helping people — and that includes our own team. We’re committed to creating an inclusive, diverse, and equitable workplace that celebrates our people and their unique experiences.  Our dedicated culture committee organizes events, recognition programs, and celebrations throughout the year to foster connection and belonging.  Farber encourages applications from all qualified candidates who represent the diversity of Canada.   If you require any accommodations throughout the recruitment process—including alternate interview formats, accessible materials, or any other accommodations—we encourage you to contact us at careers@farbergroup.com.  We thank all candidates for submitting their resume, however, only those selected for an interview will be contacted.
