Marketing Communications Specialist

Job Overview The Marketing Communications Specialist will elevate Intouch Insight’s brand presence by owning our Public Relations, media relations, and events strategy. This role is responsible for positioning Intouch and our team as industry thought leaders and maximizing the ROI of all event and PR activities. Responsibilities & Duties Public Relations Strategy: Own the development and execution of the company’s PR and media relations strategy, securing media coverage and interviews to position Intouch Insight as an industry thought leader. Event Strategy: Own the creation and execution of our events strategy, including conferences, webinars, and speaking engagements, ensuring timely execution of deliverables and maximizing ROI. Thought Leadership: Build upon existing successes and take the strategy for positioning Intouch and our team as industry thought leaders to the next level. Sales Support: Work with the Sales team to support their attendance at industry events, providing necessary materials and coordination to ensure effective engagement with potential and existing customers. Content & Communications: Own the creation and execution of written communications and materials for PR, media relations, event promotions, reports, and other promotional materials. Coordinate the design of materials and ensure consistent, impactful messaging across all external and internal communications. General Support: Pitch in to support other marketing initiatives, campaigns, and duties as needed to fulfill our mission and drive toward our vision. Qualifications & Skills 2–4 years of proven experience working in B2B marketing communications, with a focus on PR, media relations, and event management. Strong relationship building skills, with the ability to network with industry experts and stakeholders. Highly organized with excellent time management skills, able to coordinate complex event logistics and meet deadlines effectively. Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with experience crafting press releases and compelling event-related content. Familiarity with marketing platforms and tools, experience using HubSpot and Meltwater , is desirable.
