On-Call Event Setup Crew (2-Person Team) – Glambot Rentals ($500/Team per Event) We are a growing Glambot rental company looking to hire a reliable 2-person on-call installation team to support events throughout 2026. This is an event-based role (not part-time or full-time) and is best suited for individuals who work well as a team, have flexible availability, and are dependable with hands-on setup and breakdown work. This role requires lifting and moving heavy equipment. Pay: $250 per person / $500 per team, per event Position Details On-call, event-based work Average: ~1 event per month (more as business grows) Events are scheduled 3–4 weeks in advance Each event requires a 2-person crew Pay $250 per person, per event Approx. 5–6 hour shift Responsibilities Pick up equipment from company storage Drive company van to event venue Set up Glambot machine, lighting & backdrop (≈1.5 hrs) Return for event wrap-up Take down and pack equipment (≈1.5 hrs) Return equipment to storage Send setup & drop-off confirmations Availability Requirements (PLEASE READ) This is not a regular schedule You must confirm availability before a booking is finalized Once confirmed, last-minute cancellations are not acceptable Reliability is essential (live client events) Who Should Apply Dependable, punctual, and professional Comfortable lifting heavy equipment and working on event sites Valid driver’s license (company van provided) Flexible schedule with advance notice Team of 2 Groups of 4 welcome (you may rotate who works each event) How to Apply Please email with the following information Brief introduction (Name, City Located, Availability ) Any relevant event, AV, staging, or setup experience Whether you are applying solo or as part of a group Only shortlisted candidates will be contacted.
