As an Account Executive at to drive revenue growth in the Quebec market by identifying and engaging new clients interested in enhancing their organizational change capabilities or in need of implementing change management best practices for critical business initiatives. You will strategically develop growth opportunities within targeted accounts, establish valuable relationships with C-level executives and decision makers, and represent the company at regional and national events, promoting our services and fostering brand recognition.


Scope & Responsibilities

  • Drive revenue growth in the Quebec market by identifying and engaging new clients interested in developing organizational change capability or with a need to apply change management best practices to key business initiatives.
  • Develop growth strategies within targeted accounts.
  • Establish and nurture relationships with C-level execs and key decision makers within the Quebec market.
  • Represent company in Quebec based events, and other events nationally as needed, promoting our services, and building brand presence.
  • Collaborate with prospective clients to develop results-oriented solutions to their specific needs; which may include a combination of training offerings, advisory services, and intellectual property licensing
  • Provide direction and on-going feedback to clients on their change management strategy, recommending offerings that will advance their change capability.
  • Deliver continuous account management support for enterprise clients, ensuring their success and satisfaction.
  • Design and implement account management plans and proactively engage with customers and provide world class service to our customers, employees, and target audiences.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to represent the voice of the customer in internal discussions and ensure success for both our external and internal customers with each engagement.
  • Develop the Quebec Market by assisting in defining key target clients, identifying essential requirements for operating in the Quebec market and advocating for the unique needs of French-speaking clients.


Candidate Profile

Based on this role's scope and responsibilities, we are seeking candidates with the following qualifications, skills, attributes and competencies:

  • Strong solution sales experience and negotiation skills.
  • Track record of successful goal/quota attainment in sales or business development responsible role.
  • High level of interpersonal and emotional intelligence and strong collaboration skills.
  • Ability to interact and communicate with individuals at all levels, from C-level/senior leaders to front line associates, both internally and externally.
  • Problem solver with the ability to understand complex client challenges and arrive at results-oriented solutions.
  • Bachelor’s degree in related field.
  • 10+ years of experience acquiring new clients using a consultative sales approach, ideally with expertise in change management, advisory services and/or professional service sales.
  • 10+ years of experience engaging with senior-level leaders across multiple industries.

Technical/Functional Skills

  • Working knowledge of industry and in-depth knowledge of business functions and principles
  • Proficiency in MS Office (e.g., Teams, Word, Power Point and Excel are required)
  • Experience with CRM (Customer Relationship Management) systems (Salesforce.com highly preferred)
  • Bilingual, with full fluency in French and English.

Qualifications

  • Education and Experience: Bachelor's degree, coupled with10 + years of professional services sales and account management experience, experience selling advisory/consulting and professional services (Enterprise Training) is preferred.
  • Customer Focus: Demonstrate a proactive customer experience mindset, anticipating and resolving issues in advance. High level of interpersonal skills to handle confidential and sensitive situations.
  • Organizational Skills: Display exceptional organizational skills and unparalleled attention to detail in managing multiple priorities effectively.
  • Communication Skills: Demonstrated ability to communicate, present and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the organization, with fluency in French and English.
  • Selling Skills: Demonstrated success in Enterprise Sales, ability to assess customer environments and situations and create strategies/solutions to meet the client needs.
