Company Overview Onex is an investor and asset manager that invests capital on behalf of Onex shareholders and clients across the globe. The Opportunity The position requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment. This individual will work closely with Relationship Managers and Executive Assistants to coordinate schedules, logistics, and follow‑up activities, helping ensure seamless client coverage and team collaboration. Teamwork and communication are essential to success in this role, as the Analyst will partner with colleagues across geographies and strategies to deliver timely and accurate support. This person will be based in Toronto. Key Responsibilities Assistwithresearchandthepreparationofbriefingmaterials,clientbackgrounders,andmeetingnotes. UpdateandmaintainCRMsystemswithaccurateandtimelyclientinformation. PartnerwithExecutiveAssistantsandRelationshipManagerstocoordinateschedules,meetinglogistics,andfollow-ups. Supportthepreparationofinvestorevents,roadshows,andinternalpresentations. CollaboratewithcolleaguesacrossCoverageandProjectManagementonresearch,datacollection,andcoordinationtasks. Monitorindustryandclient-relatednewstoproviderelevantupdatestotheteam. Additional Requirements 1–3 years of relevant experience in financial services, investor relations, client service, or a related field. Highly organized and detail‑oriented, with the ability to manage competing deadlines. Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and familiarity with CRM systems and AI tools. Collaborative mindset with the ability to work effectively in a team‑oriented environment.
