Overview:


Join our client as a Marketing Manager where you will lead our dynamic team in driving brand success across diverse channels. In this pivotal role, you'll mentor and inspire the marketing team, fostering a collaborative environment to achieve strategic objectives. Your responsibilities will include developing and executing comprehensive marketing plans aligned with company goals, ensuring consistent brand messaging and effective budget management to maximize ROI.


Status: Full-time, permanent, 100% on-site


Responsibilities:


  • Spearhead digital marketing campaigns encompassing SEO/SEM, email marketing, social media, and online advertising
  • Using analytics to optimize performance and enhance customer engagement
  • Overseeing content strategy and development to attract and retain our target audience, supported by insightful market analysis to capitalize on industry trends and consumer behaviors.


Qualifications/Requirements:

  • Proven track record in marketing leadership, with 5-7 years of experience in marketing and over 3 years in managerial positions.
  • Educational background in Marketing, Communications, or Business Administration will complement your
  • Expertise in digital marketing strategies and proficiency in tools like Google Analytics and CRM systems.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
