We are currently searching for a Assistant, Media Planning to join our team. In this role, you will: The Assistant will support the Media Planning Team by delivering client satisfaction through the production of accurate and timely documents and through executional support Assist in ensuring billing process is completed on time and is accurate and within approved budget Assist in the preparation and issuance of media plans Proof read all communication, data entry and documents to ensure accuracy and quality Assist in the preparation of pre and post reports Maintenance of client campaign within established client parameters What are we looking for?
