Opportunity: We are looking for an Account Executive to join our Corrugated Sales Team in Barrie, Ontario. You will drive new business development while maintaining relationships with existing customers in a fast‑paced but rewarding industry. If you are self‑motivated, confident, and ready to manage your own territory, this is the right opportunity. Responsibilities: Maintain, service, and grow existing customer relationships using a value‑based consultative selling strategy. Generate sales growth through prospecting and presenting winning proposals for new prospects. Maximize territory growth by developing meaningful customer relationships that deliver account value. Manage ongoing customer projects by collaborating with customer service, structural design, and graphics teams to deliver solutions. Conduct strategic reviews of monthly and annual budgets and set goals to achieve territory growth. Requirements: University degree or college diploma. Minimum 5 years of sales experience in packaging. Proficiency in presenting and demonstrating value‑based solutions. Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint). Ability to work independently, within the sales team, and across organizational boundaries. Reliable vehicle and valid driver's license. Familiarity with corrugated box fabrication is an asset.
