Description


Relevant du Directrice informatique, le titulaire du poste de coordonnateur d’entrepôt est responsable d’assurer que toutes les tâches administratives reliées au bon déroulement des opérations.


Responsabilités

  • Répondre aux requêtes et problèmes provenant d’usagers et équipes de support TI;
  • Surveiller les alertes et l’état des traitements informatiques des différentes applications;
  • Informer l’usager et/ou équipes de support TI, du statut de la demande sur une base régulière, et lorsque la solution a été identifiée;
  • Élaborer et/ou mettre à jour les procédures de support;
  • Répondre aux questions des usagers par téléphone, courrier électronique, appels vidéos afin d'identifier les problèmes liés au matériel et aux logiciels et de proposer des solutions de manière amicale et efficace
  • Analyser les situations, diagnostiquer les problèmes, tout en développant et en mettant en œuvre des solutions dans des délais serrés
  • Assurer une remontée correcte des problèmes pendant les pannes ou les périodes de diminution de service et assurer le suivi avec les équipes adéquates.
  • Communiquer les informations importantes au responsable informatique et documenter toutes les informations, mises à jour et solution appliquées.
  • Aider à la configuration, à l'administration et au support des ordinateurs portables et tout autre matériel et logiciels informatique de l'entreprise.
  • Superviser les essais, la mise en œuvre, le déploiement et la formation des solutions techniques dans les différents systèmes informatique de l’entreprise.
  • Améliorer les performances informatiques en identifiant les éléments problématiques et en apporter des solutions pertinentes.
  • Compréhension et évaluation des opérations et des processus de l'entreprise,
  • Élaborer des documents de référence techniques, y compris des guides d'utilisation et des manuels de formation.

  • Fortes compétences en matière d'analyse et de résolution des problèmes
  • Engagé dans l'obtention et le maintien de la qualité ; fixe des normes et des objectifs de performance élevés pour lui-même et pour les autres
  • Solides compétences en matière de communication orale et écrite : Clair, fluide et précis
  • Organisé et à l'aise avec le travail multitâche.
  • Connaissance des opérations commerciales et de la gestion de projets.
  • Une aptitude naturelle à la technologie et un désir profond d'élargir ses compétences techniques


Éducation et expérience

  • Baccalauréat en Technologies des affaires ou diplôme similaire
  • 5 à 7 ans d'expérience dans le domaine des TI
  • Connaissances: Windows 10, Windows 11, Active Directory, Group Policy, DNS,
  • Bilinguisme en français et en anglais, à l'oral et à l'écrit,
  • Doit être au Canada avec un permis de travail valide.
  • En cas d'urgence, capacité à travailler en dehors des heures normales (8 à 5)

About the role


Reporting to the Director of IT, the incumbent of the position of Desktop and System Support, is responsible for ensuring the smooth running of operations.


Responsibilities

  • Responding to requests and issues from users and IT support teams.
  • Monitor alerts and the status of the processing of the various applications.
  • Informing the user and/or IT support teams of the status of the request on a regular basis, and when a solution has been identified.
  • Develop and/or update support procedures.
  • Respond to user questions via phone, email, video calls to identify hardware and software issues and propose solutions in a friendly and efficient manner.
  • Analyze situations, diagnose problems, while developing and implementing solutions within tight deadlines
  • Ensure proper escalation of problems during outages or periods of reduced service and follow up with the appropriate teams.
  • Communicate important information to the IT manager and document all information, updates and solutions applied.
  • Assist in the configuration, administration and support of laptops and other company hardware and software.
  • Oversee the testing, implementation, deployment, and training of technical solutions in the company's various IT systems.
  • Improve IT performance by identifying problem areas and providing appropriate solutions.
  • Understand and evaluate business operations and processes,
  • Develop technical reference materials, including user guides and training manuals.

Education and experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in business technology or similar degree
  • 5 to 7 years’ experience in the IT field

  • Bilingualism in French and English, oral and written,
