Dead by Daylight – Product Director – Responsibilities (English) Develop, implement, and own the long‑term strategy for live player engagement and player experience roadmap; drive prioritization of engagement features across seasons, events, and content drops. Shape the why behind our engagement features; understand the motivations that re‑engage former players, inspire current ones to play more often, and foster lasting commitment to the game. Shape the future of asymmetry; understand and address the core differences in our audiences and develop systems that serve both. Collaborate and build strong partnerships across creative, technical and production; your ability to influence will be crucial to better align the roadmap and priorities. Lead and grow a team; manage a small team of Product managers & Live Ops specialists and build a high‑performing engagement function. Track KPIs & P&L; partner with Data Insight and Marketing to forecast, measure and optimize player engagement. Be the voice of the player; combine market insight, player data, and community feedback to define, validate and evolve engagement features that drive retention and player satisfaction. Dead by Daylight – Product Director – Qualifications (English) 8+ years in Product Management related field, including 2+ years in a leadership role. Experience in the video game industry on a Live game, ideally on PC/Console. Proven experience creating long‑term strategic engagement deliverables including defining objectives, key components, and audience‑tailored messaging. Demonstrated experience with engagement systems: Battle Passes, seasonal events, progression loops, retention mechanics, etc. Excellent understanding of Design and Technical challenges and need on Live product. Strong market knowledge of live service and engagement trends: able to translate insights into innovative, relevant feature strategies. Strong communication and leadership skills. Directeur·trice Produit – Responsabilités (Français) Développer, implémenter et piloter la stratégie long terme pour la feuille de route de l’engagement et de l’expérience des joueurs·es ; prioriser les fonctionnalités d’engagement à travers les saisons, les événements et les sorties de contenu ; Définir le “pourquoi” derrière chaque fonctionnalité ; être la voix stratégique qui identifie ce qui ramènera les joueurs·es actifs·ives, tout en fidélisant les joueurs·es actuels·es, favorisant un engagement durable envers le jeu ; Façonner l'avenir de l'asymétrie ; comprendre et adresser les différences fondamentales entre les joueurs·es et développer des systèmes qui servent aux deux ; Collaborer et bâtir un fort partenariat avec les équipes créatives, techniques et de production ; votre capacité à influencer sera essentielle afin d’aligner la feuille de route et les priorités ; Diriger et faire grandir l’équipe ; encadrer une petite équipe de Gestionnaires produits et de Spécialistes Live Ops, et bâtir une fonction de l’engagement hautement performante ; Suivre les indicateurs clés (KPIs) et la rentabilité (P&L) ; travailler en partenariat avec les équipes Data Insight et Marketing pour faire des prévisions, mesurer et optimiser l’engagement des joueurs·es ; Être la voix des joueurs·es ; combiner les analyses de marché, les données des joueurs·es et les retours de la communauté pour définir, valider et faire évoluer les fonctionnalités d’engagement qui favorisent la rétention et la satisfaction des joueurs. Directeur·trice Produit – Qualifications (Français) Plus de 8 ans d’expérience dans un domaine lié à la gestion de produit, dont plus de 2 ans dans une position de leadership ; Expérience dans l’industrie du jeu vidéo sur un jeu Live, idéalement sur PC/Console ; Expérience avérée dans la création de livrables stratégiques d’engagement à long terme, incluant la définition des objectifs, des éléments clés et des messages adaptés aux différents publics ; Expérience démontrée avec les systèmes d’engagement : Battle Pass, événements saisonniers, boucles de progression, mécaniques de rétention, etc. ; Excellente compréhension des défis et des besoins liés au design et aux aspects techniques sur un produit Live ; Bonne connaissance du marché des jeux Live et des tendances en matière d’engagement : capacité de transformer les analyses en stratégies de fonctionnalités innovantes et pertinentes ; Excellentes compétences en communication et en leadership. #J-18808-Ljbffr
