We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior ServiceNow Administrator consultant to support our clients’ requirements.Job Summary: The Senior ServiceNow Administrator will be responsible for the administration, configuration, and maintenance of the ServiceNow platform. This role requires a deep understanding of ServiceNow modules, workflows, and integrations, as well as the ability to lead projects and collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize and enhance the platform's capabilities. Working alongside a Senior ServiceNow Architect, the Administrator will be part of a larger and growing team.Key Responsibilities: Administer and maintain the ServiceNow platform, including user management, security, and data integrity. Configure and customize ServiceNow modules, workflows, and integrations to meet business requirements. Develop and implement ServiceNow solutions, including scripting, reporting, and automation. Lead ServiceNow projects, including requirement gathering, design, development, testing, and deployment. Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and prioritize enhancements and improvements to the ServiceNow platform. Provide technical support and troubleshooting for ServiceNow-related issues. Ensure compliance with best practices and standards for ServiceNow administration and development. Stay current with ServiceNow updates, new features, and industry trends. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field is required Minimum of 7 years of experience in ServiceNow administration and development. Strong knowledge of ServiceNow modules, including ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, and CMDB. Proficiency in JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and other web technologies. Experience with ServiceNow integrations using REST, SOAP, and other APIs. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) and Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS) certifications preferred. Must be able to pass a thorough criminal background check. Must be set up as an Independent Consultant Work Location: The client is in Ottawa. On site presence may be required at times, but work can be performed remotely. This is full time, with a 7.5 hour work day.
