We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior ServiceNow Administrator consultant to support our clients’ requirements. Job Summary:The Senior ServiceNow Administrator will be responsible for the administration, configuration, and maintenance of the ServiceNow platform. This role requires a deep understanding of ServiceNow modules, workflows, and integrations, as well as the ability to lead projects and collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize and enhance the platform's capabilities. Working alongside a Senior ServiceNow Architect, the Administrator will be part of a larger and growing team. Key Responsibilities: - Administer and maintain the ServiceNow platform, including user management, security, and data integrity. - Configure and customize ServiceNow modules, workflows, and integrations to meet business requirements. - Develop and implement ServiceNow solutions, including scripting, reporting, and automation. - Lead ServiceNow projects, including requirement gathering, design, development, testing, and deployment. - Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and prioritize enhancements and improvements to the ServiceNow platform. - Provide technical support and troubleshooting for ServiceNow-related issues. - Ensure compliance with best practices and standards for ServiceNow administration and development. - Stay current with ServiceNow updates, new features, and industry trends. Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field is required - Minimum of 7 years of experience in ServiceNow administration and development. - Strong knowledge of ServiceNow modules, including ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, and CMDB. - Proficiency in JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and other web technologies. - Experience with ServiceNow integrations using REST, SOAP, and other APIs. - Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. - Strong communication and interpersonal skills. - ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) and Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS) certifications preferred. - Must be able to pass a thorough criminal background check. - Must be set up as an Independent Consultant Work Location: - The client is in Ottawa. On site presence may be required at times, but work can be performed remotely. - This is full time, with a 7.5 hour work day.
