Your ability to blend strategic thinking with hands‑on execution will directly shape how we attract, educate, and retain our customers. What You’ll Do Develop and execute an SEO strategy that drives qualified organic traffic and conversions across all key men’s health categories. Conduct keyword research and competitive analysis to uncover opportunities, inform content, and guide long‑term growth. Optimize website structure, metadata, and content for both users and search engines. Partner with content creators to ensure every article, landing page, and campaign is built on strong SEO fundamentals. Collaborate with developers to maintain a technically sound site — managing crawlability, speed, Core Web Vitals, and structured data. Monitor performance and report on KPIs such as rankings, organic traffic, and conversion rates. Stay ahead of algorithm updates and industry trends to keep our SEO strategy sharp and adaptive. Experiment with new tools, AI integrations, and automation to improve efficiency and scalability. Work closely with in‑person teams to test ideas quickly, share feedback openly, and build strategies that move fast and learn faster. What We’re Looking For 3–5+ years of SEO experience, ideally within a DTC, tech, or healthcare company. Strong understanding of on‑page, off‑page, and technical SEO best practices. Hands‑on experience with tools like Google Analytics (GA4), Search Console, Ahrefs, SEMrush, and Screaming Frog. Proven ability to analyze data, translate insights into strategies, and clearly communicate results. Comfortable working cross‑functionally with content, marketing, and product teams. Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver on tight timelines.
