A fast-growing precision manufacturing organization specializing in CNC machining is seeking a skilled CNC Machinist / PowerMill Programmer. The facility operates in a modern, engineering driven environment supported by advanced machining technology and a collaborative technical team. Position Overview The CNC Machinist / PowerMill Programmer will be responsible for programming and operating a large-frame bridge mill (Fanuc control, 90° head). The role involves machining small- and midsize plates, weldments, and castings, performing complete setups, and creating complex toolpaths in Autodesk PowerMill. Key Responsibilities Program 3-axis and positional 5-axis toolpaths in Autodesk PowerMill. Set up and operate a bridge mill with Fanuc controller. Machine plates, weldments, and castings to precise tolerances. Develop fixturing and setup plans for multi-face machining. Select tooling and optimize feeds and speeds. Troubleshoot machining, setup, or programming issues. Requirements 4–5+ years CNC machining experience (bridge/boring mill preferred). PowerMill programming experience. Strong Fanuc controller knowledge.Ability to machine small to mid‑size workpieces. Experience with weldments, castings, and GD&T drawings. Strong problem‑solving and attention to detail.
