AI Process and Solution Designer

We are seeking an accomplished, self‑driven AI Architect who combines design skills, performance tuning, troubleshooting, and executive communication. The role requires extensive experience with large enterprise software product teams and deployment of services on OCI, AWS, or Azure. Senior candidates (15+ years) will architect complex AI/ML solutions on Oracle Cloud Infrastructure, lead technical experts across Oracle organizations, and serve as the primary technical face for customer calls and escalations. Desirable skills include working knowledge of Oracle SAAS products, Fusion Middleware, Database, and related technologies. Candidates should be comfortable creating solutions that leverage Oracle products to meet complex customer needs. Responsibilities Architect AI/ML solutions to be deployed on Oracle Cloud Infrastructure to solve complex customer problems. Influence the design, implementation, and operation of customer solutions leveraging Oracle technologies on Oracle Cloud infrastructure. Interact with customers at executive and architect level for priority situations, responding in a timely manner. Lead technical experts across complex Oracle organizations to create scalable and reliable solutions for key customers. Effectively communicate deep technical solutions with customer executives and internal stakeholders. Work with architects and development managers across Oracle product teams to define requirements and perform detailed engineering analysis from a data perspective. Create and improve service‑deployment infrastructure using automation and the latest cloud capabilities to improve agility, reliability, and observability. Preferred Qualifications Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, engineering, math or equivalent experience. Minimum 10 years of experience architecting large‑enterprise cloud solutions. Minimum 10 years working with Oracle products and technologies, including SAAS, Fusion Middleware, WebLogic, and Database. Experience with cloud technologies, preferably Oracle Cloud Infrastructure. Knowledge and experience with cloud‑deployment tools such as Ansible and Terraform. Experience on complex software development/integration projects and full life‑cycle product development. Proficiency in Java, SQL, Unix/Linux shell, Perl, Ansible, and Python scripting. Strong technical background in cloud networking, storage, and security. Excellent written and verbal communication skills at both technical and executive levels. Software development experience is highly desirable.
