Job Title: Intermediate Programmer/Analyst Location: Winnipeg, MB Duration: Contract for 2 years. Clearance: Active and valid Reliability Clearance required Pay Rate: $ 70 - $75/hr. About the Role: We are seeking an Intermediate Programmer/Analyst to provide ongoing support, maintenance, and development for a critical database and web application suite used to manage training, qualifications, and courses for military personnel. Key Responsibilities: Support and maintain ATRIMS database and web applications. Develop and implement new features, ensuring integration and data integrity. Create, update, and maintain technical documentation, user guides, and on-screen help. Conduct unit, integration, and system testing, including coordination of user acceptance testing. Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues in coordination with internal points of contact. Provide responsive user support during core hours (8:00 am – 4:00 pm CST, Mon–Fri). Participate in project planning, requirements analysis, and stakeholder alignment. Lead handover and knowledge transfer to incoming teams at contract completion. What We’re Looking For: Experience with Oracle 19C databases and WebLogic 14 application servers . Strong understanding of web application development, database integration, and system architecture. Ability to gather and analyze requirements, create functional and technical specifications. Proficiency in documenting processes, test plans, and system updates. Excellent problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills. Must have a valid Reliability Clearance . Preferred Experience: Exposure to military or government IT environments. Experience working with DWAN or secure government networks. Familiarity with ATRIMS or other training management systems is a plus Note: AI-enabled tools may be used to sort applications based on job-related criteria.
