Lead Product Manager, Integrations Lattice is a talent management platform that offers performance reviews, employee engagement surveys, real‑time feedback, weekly check‑ins, goal setting, and career planning. What You Will Do Set the strategy for our HRIS integrations and API platform, shaping a clear long‑term vision and roadmap by working with customers and our partners. Deliver new integrations that improve onboarding, reliability, and overall customer experience. Build the foundations that make future integrations faster, more scalable, and easier to maintain. Partner with Engineering, Partnerships, Product Marketing, and Customer Experience teams to ensure integrations drive customer impact. Own key outcomes across adoption, reliability, activation, and ecosystem growth. What You Will Bring To The Table 6+ years of product management experience owning integrations, APIs, or platform surfaces. Hands‑on experience with HRIS systems or people‑data workflows. Strong technical fluency: comfortable with data sync models, field mapping, and API design. A track record of shipping scalable, reliable integrations in partnership with engineering. Clear and confident communication skills that bring teams into alignment. A bias for action and the ability to create structure in an ambiguous environment. Bonus Experience in multi‑product B2B SaaS or with partner/developer ecosystems. The estimated annual cash salary for this role is CAD $135,000 - $180,000. This position is also eligible for incentive stock options, subject to the terms of Lattice’s applicable plans.
