In this role, you'll focus on developing AI pipelines and agents that integrate seamlessly into our systems. Your work will involve evaluating AI models, ensuring optimal performance, and selecting third-party services. You'll also collaborate closely with other teams to identify enhancements for both member experience and internal workflows in a fast-paced industry.
Key Responsibilities:
• Design and maintain AI agents and pipelines
• Monitor and enhance system reliability and output
• Integrate LLM APIs with existing systems
• Evaluate AI tools and optimize for cost
• Address issues rapidly as technologies evolve
Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or similar
• Over 5 years in software development
• Proficiency with Ruby on Rails
• Experience with AI and LLM applications
• Knowledge of AI system monitoring techniques
