Aureus Solutions is in search of a Senior Manager - Water/Wastewater Consulting Services to help play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our consulting and O&M services groups. This position is designed for a leader who is passionate about water and wastewater and has a track record of excellence in client delivery, project management, operations oversight, and team development. You will create value for our clients with practical solutions that help them address the operational, maintenance and management challenges, both from a management and hands-on perspective.


Your Role:


Lead and support execution of water and wastewater consulting and O&M projects:

○     Responsible for overall project delivery of water and wastewater projects in both consulting and O&M capacities. Support with asset management, operator training program development, SOP development, process consulting, and management of system operation and maintenance services.

○     Develop and implement systems and processes for new clients, projects, and services.

○     Work independently and jointly with Aureus and client project leaders, bringing expertise to the team


Technical Advisory – support with technical advise in both water and wastewater topics for consulting and O&M projects to help guide other consultants and technicians deliver high quality services.


Supervision, Mentorship and Development: Cultivate a culture of excellence and continuous improvement within each project team, promoting professional growth and learning.


Lead and Expand: Innovative Problem-Solving: Tackle complex challenges with innovative solutions, leveraging your technical expertise and strategic insight.


Client Partnerships: Forge lasting relationships with clients, delivering solutions that exceed expectations and foster long-term partnerships.


Strategic Leadership: Contribute to corporate strategy, guiding the direction of our services and ensuring alignment with industry best practices and sustainability goals.

What We’re Looking For:

●    Experienced Water/Wastewater Professional with ~10+ years in the water/wastewater industry. Provincial water and wastewater licenses are an asset.

●    Exceptional Communicator: Your strong communication skills, both written and verbal, will facilitate effective client interactions and team collaboration.

●    Strategic Thinker: Your ability to see the big picture and develop forward-thinking strategies will drive our success.

●    Leadership: Team oriented and client first mind-set

●    Flexibility and Adaptability: Ability to adapt and respond to a fast-paced, evolving company.

●    French (written and oral) is an asset.

●    Ability to travel throughout Canada as required (moderate travel is anticipated throughout Canada)

●    Ability to work independently (strong planning, organization, and time management skills)
