By building a robust developer experience, you will ensure that both internal teams and external partners can create and integrate functionalities that embody the essence of family care. Accountabilities Build and improve internal APIs, tools, services, and infrastructure for product teams. Create a developer program and partnership framework for external developers and integrations. Engage with internal and external developers to understand their needs and gather feedback. Define the vision, strategy, and roadmap for developer experience across various platforms. Drive ecosystem growth metrics and manage partner relationships to maximize integration success. Requirements 8+ years of product management experience with a focus on developer platforms or API products. Proven ability to build and scale APIs, SDKs, and developer engagement programs. Strong technical fluency with API design and related technologies. Exceptional communication skills to articulate complex concepts effectively. Hands‑on experience in software development and a sound understanding of developer challenges.
