Accountabilities

- Define and drive multi-team product and AI strategy, balancing long-term goals with iterative delivery.

- Stay at the forefront of AI capabilities and determine where to build, partner, or integrate.

- Lead cross-functional initiatives with measurable business and customer impact.

- Conduct customer and market research to inform product strategy.

- Establish and own company-wide product metrics for guiding strategic decisions.

- Communicate and inspire across audiences, representing the organization externally.

- Coach and elevate the product team, providing feedback and driving senior hiring.

Requirements

- 8+ years of product management experience, specifically with AI/ML products.

- Deep technical fluency in AI/ML, understanding model capabilities and limitations.

- Proven track record in managing complex problems and driving cross-team solutions.

- Success in building AI-powered products that deliver measurable customer value.

- Exceptional communication and storytelling skills for diverse audiences.

- Strong quantitative skills for data analysis and creating company-wide metrics.

- Experience in engaging directly with customers for insights and feedback.

- Ability to adapt in fast-paced, evolving environments.
