Production Support: Provide comprehensive production and engineering support for all backend equipment-related activities, ensuring optimal equipment performance and production efficiency. Equipment Setup: Execute timely setup conversions of backend equipment for production utilization, ensuring seamless transitions and minimal disruption to manufacturing operations. Maintenance Excellence: Perform prompt setup, repairs, and maintenance of backend equipment including laser mark, vision scanner, and Tape & Reel platforms to maintain optimal operational conditions. Problem-Solving: Troubleshoot equipment-related issues effectively to minimize downtime while performing routine preventive maintenance and calibration activities on a scheduled basis. Continuous Improvement: Assist in implementing equipment improvement projects that enhance productivity, reliability, and overall operational efficiency in semiconductor backend processes.
