Your role is structured around two key areas of responsibility: Account Retention Own account retention by building and maintaining strong relationships with key decision‑makers. Conduct a minimum of two business review meetings per year with each assigned dealership. Ce qui fait de toi notre futur(e) collègue Aisance relationnelle : tu as une capacité naturelle à créer des liens et à instaurer rapidement un climat de confiance. Bilingue : tu es à l’aise en anglais; autant à l’oral qu’à l’écrit. Non‑négociable 1 à 3 ans d’expérience en gestion de comptes ou dans un rôle similaire en contact direct avec la clientèle. Pensée stratégique : vous comprenez les enjeux d’affaires et savez guider les clients vers les meilleures options. Persuasion : vous êtes efficace en vente et en négociation. Permis de conduire valide et disponibilité pour voyager quelques fois par année.
